We label VERIFIED vs INDICATIVE. Rehearsal is not approval. Tranche packs are not bank certificates. RERA timelines are not RERA certificates. Live video is never bye-law evidence.

428 executable rules across BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, GHMC, and IS 456 — plus city Fee Wallets. 11 PE-approved rules can bind BLOCK; the rest are advisory. No NBC pack yet. Not a generic international jobsite ERP with India as an afterthought.
